Jonathan Dalton, PhD

Dr. Dalton has a passion for working with individuals with complex presentations, including co-occurring chronic health conditions, anxiety disorders that have not responded to previous interventions, and youth whose experience of anxiety interferes with their ability to attend school.  He is particularly interested in the intersection of neurodivergence and school avoidance.

He has provided extensive training and consultation to schools and school systems locally and nationwide and values presenting to community organizations on his areas of expertise.  He believes strongly that community outreach and providing professional training is a critical part of our shared mission at CABC, and to that end, provides approximately 50 talks per year locally and nationally.

When he is not at work, Dr. Dalton enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, and two dogs.

Dr. Dalton is based in the Rockville office, sees clients both in-person and virtually, and can be reached at 301-610-7850 or at drdalton@changeanxiety.com.
